Services

Specific service scope, deliverables, pricing and duration for client engagements are defined in a separate signed agreement or package selection and take precedence over general statements on this site.

Client accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments

Invoices are due on the dates specified. Late payments may result in paused services as outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of liability

Gentecx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
